さて、本日とあるスーパーで調理済みのタコの総菜を購入したところ、
岡山県の（株）丸友山地商店 から発売されている商品で、メジロダコが原材料として使われておりました。
味は食感が物足りなかった(柔らかかった)ものの美味しく頂きました。が、如何せん食用としては聞きなれないタコなもので、食味に関する情報を詳しく知りたいと思いコメント致します。気長に追記をお待ちしております。
